Ours is a generation defined by a desperate search – for acknowledgement, self-esteem and ultimately...purpose. In a time dominated by reality television, social networks, and do-it-yourself celebrity the world promises that the solution to our desperation can be found in prestige and notoreity. Yet, while most of us take the pills we are offered, we are left wondering why we still feel unsatisfied...

In Fame is Infamy, noted author, journalist, and frontman Andrew Schwab assaults these issues with candor, wit, and clarity. But this is not a self-help book. It is a collection of parables, proverbs, and stories that cut to the heart of this identity crisis, offering a spiritual solution to a spiritual dilemma.

You have a purpose. And it is important. But you may be surprised to find that it lies on a different path than the meaningless culture around you.
